Notice 1: General member application
We collect the information in this form to assess and administer your membership, communicate with you, manage participation, safety, training, fees and club operations, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. If you do not provide required information, we may be unable to process or maintain your membership. We may disclose information to authorised club officers, MFG Developments as the ClubTrack provider, payment and communications providers, insurers, governing bodies and authorities where required or authorised. Our privacy policy explains access, correction and complaints.
Notice 2: Visitor / NORI registration
We collect your identity, contact, attendance, safety and emergency information to manage your visit or Notice of Receiving Instruction activity, verify eligibility, maintain required records, respond to incidents and communicate about the session. Required information must be provided to participate. Information may be disclosed to authorised club officers, instructors, MFG Developments as the ClubTrack provider, insurers, governing bodies and authorities where required or authorised.
Notice 3: Junior and parent / guardian consent
We collect the junior participant’s and parent or guardian’s information to verify age and authority, obtain consent, manage participation and safety, communicate about activities and maintain required records. The parent or guardian confirms they are authorised to provide the information and consent. Information may be shared with authorised club personnel, instructors, MFG Developments as the ClubTrack provider, insurers, governing bodies and authorities where required or authorised.
Notice 4: Licence and firearm records
We collect licence, permit and firearm-related information to administer club activities, participation, safety, eligibility and any record-keeping or reporting obligations that apply to the club. Only information reasonably required for these purposes should be provided. Access is restricted to authorised roles. Information may be disclosed to MFG Developments as the ClubTrack provider and to authorities or governing bodies where required or authorised.
Notice 5: Event booking and payment
We collect booking, contact, eligibility and payment-reference information to process your registration, payment, attendance, refunds and event communications. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. If required information is not provided, the booking may not be completed.
Notice 6: Training and learning records
We collect enrolment, completion, assessment, competency and related records to deliver training, evidence participation, manage eligibility and maintain club records. Results may be available to authorised club administrators and trainers and may be disclosed where required or authorised.
Notice 7: Marketing consent
By selecting the marketing option, you consent to receive promotional email and/or SMS from the ClubTrack customer that provided this form. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe function or by contacting that customer. Service and administrative messages may still be sent where necessary.
Notice 8: ClubTrack sales enquiry or walkthrough request
MFG Developments collects your name, email address, club or organisation name, and any optional club details or message you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand your club’s requirements and arrange a product walkthrough. We also record the page and campaign source associated with the request. The form uses bot-protection verification, which may process the verification token and request metadata, including your IP address. If you do not provide the required fields, we may be unable to respond. Information may be accessed by authorised MFG Developments personnel and disclosed to service providers that help host the website, protect the form or deliver email. A walkthrough request does not subscribe you to promotional messages. Our Privacy Policy explains access, correction and complaints.
