Clear information about club records and security.

Clubs use ClubTrack to maintain member and activity records. Our published policies explain how customer data is handled and which responsibilities remain with each club.

01

Data location

Our Privacy Policy states that ClubTrack services are hosted on servers located in Australia. Some service providers or support personnel may be located overseas.

Incidents and customer support

The Data Processing Agreement describes notification to a customer without undue delay after confirming a material security incident affecting that customer’s data.

05

Export and deletion

Customer export and deletion are handled under the applicable Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement and retention process.

06

Subprocessors
